My Neighbor in Need-Disabled man on a fixed income, has moved into his own studio apartment and is need of a clean/gently used couch or love-seat. He is currently using the floor to sit. My Neighbor in Need- UPDATE SEE BELOW: Disabled man on a very low fixed income, is in need of a few simple items so he can remain self sufficient and have a better quality of life. He is in need of getting his front door repaired so that it can lock properly and seal to keep the cold out. In addition, he needs to have his wheelchair ramp repaired so that it is stabilized for his safety. Finally, he is in need of a gently used dresser and twin sized hospital bed mattress. If you have a used/clean dresser or twin size hospital mattress please call our office at 406-750-2542. The door and ramp can be repaired for a discounted price $495. UPDATE WE HAVE A KIND DONOR WHO PAID $50 TOWARDS THE REPAIRS NOW WE ARE SEEKING HELP WITH THE BALANCE OF $445. If you wish to help with the door and ramp repair you are asked to make any donation of any amount up to $445. My Neighbor in Need- Disabled, widowed lady, is in need of a gas card to get to and from work. We verified her drivers license, registration, and insurance. Because she needed this immediately, we purchased the $30.00 gas card for her. We are asking help with the cost of the gas card. My Neighbor in Need - A man with disabilities, receiving a low fixed income is in need of getting a new windshield for his older car. He has A valid driver's license, registration and insurance. His windshield has too many cracks for him to see out of it safely. A glass replacement shop was able to install a new windshield for a discounted price of $235. Because of the condition of his windshield we feared for his safety so we deemed this an immediate need and we paid for his new windshield. We are now asking for help to reimburse My Neighbor in Need the cost so we can be ready to answer the call for help. If you can help, you are asked to make a donation of any amount up to $235 to My Neighbor in Need. You are not required to provide all of the needed amount. The cost is $28.00, but she does not have the capacity to pay this fee. My Neighbor in Need - Single Father with major medical issues is in immediate need of food. He condition has worsened and is no longer able to work and he has no money for food. We met with him and confirmed his medical condition and the dire outcome that is expected and therefore we immediately went to the store and purchased $105.30 worth of groceries and delivered them to him. Now we are asking for help to reimburse My Neighbor in Need the cost of the groceries so we are ready to help with the next immediate need request. My Neighbor in Need - Middle-age man, on a low income is in need of glasses. Because of his unique prescription, he was unable to get help purchasing the glasses and he does not have insurance. We contacted Eye Mart Express and they were able to fill his prescription and get him the needed glasses at a great price of &76.92, now we are asking for help so we can pay for the glasses and fulfill his need.
