My Neighbor in Need- Elderly woman on fixed income with some disabilities, is in need of getting her car repaired. My Neighbor in Need has verified her drivers license, insurance, and registration. Our friends at Carnahan's can do the repair at a discounted price of $592. The Neighbor in Need is able to pay $240. She needs help with the balance $352.
