My Neighbor in Need - UPDATE – SEE BELOW: An older Veteran in need of regular specialty medical care was in need of immediate food assistance. He has moved to Great Falls for ongoing medical services. When he needed food assistance, every agency that would have been able to help him was closed for the President’s holiday. Therefore, he contacted My Neighbor in Need in hopes of help. My Neighbor in Need deemed this an emergency need and immediately purchased and delivered $94 in groceries. UPDATE – A caring donor contributed $44 therefore we are asking for help to reimburse My Neighbor in Need $50 so we can assist with the next emergency need. Neighbor in need - older woman, who is staying at the mission, is in need of bus passes so she can get around town. A monthly bus pass cost $30 from the Great Falls Transit District. Neighbor in need- Employed lady is in need of a bus pass to get back and forth to work and also to Dr appointments. A monthly bus pass from the Great Falls Transit District is $30.
