Neighbor in Need - Hard Working Mom taking care of a 16yr old daughter and elderly Aunt, recently injuried her back and is going through painful injections to control the pain. She is unable to work and is possibly facing back surgery. She is need of help filling the financial gap for her August Rent that she is experiencing because she cannot work. She has half but is in need of $250 to pay the remaining half. The landord spoke very highly of her and she has been a great tenant for almost three years. Neighbor in Need - Senior lady on a low fixed income - desperate need to have her air conditioner repaired. It gets to almost 90 inside her home and it is too dangerous. B&B Heating and Cooling went there - and it needed a new motor and other parts. They were able to do the repair for $195. IF YOU CAN HELP YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY B&B DIRECTLY.

Neighbor in Need - Senior on a very low fixed income is currently sleeping on a very old mattress that has a slope in it. She is in need of a used/new/good condition Queen size mattress. My Neighbor in Need will pick it up from a donor and deliver it to the Neighbor in Need.

Neighbor in Need - Disabled Young Man who has a job - needs help with the down payment for a good working used car. Shane at Sunshine Auto Sales has the perfect car for him at a deeply discounted price. They have $200 but the down He, his mother and father, whom he lives with, are on a very fixed income - WE HAVE A DONOR WHO HAS PLEDGED $225, SO WE DID IT!

Neighbor in Need - Elderly Lady on extremely limited income - recently had to move into an assisted living center - is in need of a working used or new small dorm size fridge so she can keep beverages in her room.

Neighbor in Need - Single Mother of two, working full-time for low wages but she was making it - suddently her car broken down, then the company she was working for closed without notice and no severance pay. Now she has to try and find new employment without transporatation for herself or the children. She is in GREAT need for help with the repair. Neighbor in Need, Victim of Abuse & now homeless - is in need of a motel room for a few nights. She has meetings scheduled with Opps Inc on Monday and should be able to get into safe housing. We have secured her in a safe motel however we are seeking financial help to pay the bill. The motel DID provide us with a discounted rate and even provided two free nights to help her. Neighbor in Need - Elderly Couple in their 90's - are in need of financial help to pay their overdue second half of their property taxes. They are in a RAM loan, and they have to keep their taxes current.The remainder is $180.73. They simply cannot afford it and are in dire need. They have now 15 days to pay it and provide proof for the loan company.They do not have any family and receive social security. Items Needed:

Neighbor in Need - Veteran and Single Mom of 3 - very low on funds do to decrease in hours at my job, is in need of some basic food items to get us through until I get paid on tuesday. I am working today and have nothing to cook for dinner when I get home.
