Neighbor in Need - Grandmother who is disabled and lives alone is in need of help with her older dishwasher. It stopped working and she cannot afford a used/new one due to medical issues. Affordable Appliance Repair went there and it needs a new part and service, but they can repair it for a discounted price of just $60. If you can help this Grandma, you will be asked to pay Affordable Appliance Repair directly.

Neighbor in Need is a Mom who's stove has stopped working safely. Only a few of the burners on top work and the oven will only warm not bake. Affordable Appliance Repair could not repair it for a viable price BUT a caring donor provided a used one. We needed Affordable Appliance Repair to connect the gas line and give it a service check for safety purposes. We are seeking a kind donor to help with the $60 bill. Neighbor in Need - Hardworking Single Dad is in need of two tires. The size needed is 235 75 R 15. Two of his current tires have wires showing and it is simply not safe. Big Sky Tire Rama has the tires he needs for a deeply discounted price of $88 per tire or a total of $176. That price includes installation and balancing. Neighbor in Need - low income family of 4 is in desperate need of a working refrigerator. Our landlord is just awful and won't fix it, or anything else in our apartment. There is no way we could afford to pay a repair man. If we unplug ours for a whole day,it will work for about a week, then starts to get warm.(It's ridicules) We would be happy to have it repaired or receive a working used one. Its hard to live off of a very small grocery budget when our food is always spoiling.

Neighbor in Need - Elderly Woman who is in need of someone who can clean out her rain gutters and repair a hand railing on her steps. She is afraid the leaves will cause problems and the gutters will freeze from the snow and rain if they cannot drain. The hand rail is loose and not safe. Brad from Good Guys Lawn Care is able to clean her gutters and repair the handrail all for a discounted price of just $50 - AND he can get it done BEFORE the big storm.

Neighbor in Need - Husband and Wife are in need of a used/clean queen size or bigger bed - (Mattress, Box Springs and Frame if possible)They currently do not have a bed and are sleeping on the floor. The Wife works fulltime but she does not make enough to be able to buy even a used bed. The Husband is recovering from a car accident that occured a while ago and they really need a bed.

Neighbor in Need - Disabled Man on a low fixed income - is in need of a new walking cane. His current one is very worn and the handle is showing its age. The size needed is 32-inch tall with a 3 inch to 4 inch handle.

Neighbor in Need - Husband and Wife - new to the area. Husband works and the Wife is on Disability. They do not have a viable means of transportation. Currently he walks to work but the cold is coming. They are in need of a month bus pass so he can get to his work and to the store. Neighbor in Need - Caring Mom is in need of having her heater fixed in her van. She takes her children to school in the mornings and needs this done before the weather gets cold. She is unable to pay for this at this time. Good News.... Carnahan's is able to fix the heater and make it toasty inside for a discounted price of just $44.64. Neighbor in Need - Mom and Daughter are in need of $24 so they can take a cab to the doctor on Monday, November 12th so the daughter can have her tonsils removed. They would normally take the bus but that day is a holiday and the buses do not run and she has no other way to get to the doctors. She does not know how to drive and has no family or friends that can take them to this appt. Diamond Cab Company can take them to the doctor and return them home for $21.50, but the mom is on a very low restricted income and she cannot afford the cab rides. Due to insurance reasons and liability issues they cannot be offered a ride to this appointment through My Neighbor in Need website/system. Neighbor in Need - NOV. 1st UPDATE - SEE BELOW: Cancer patient - in need of specific support attachment pieces so she can do physical therapy at home. The equipment supplier has provided the main piece of equipment at cost and a non-profit organization has purchased it for her, however she needs $292 to get the attachments so she can begin using the equipment. Without the attachments she cannot use the equipment and is unable to continue her therapy. NOV. 1st UPDATE: WE HAVE THREE DONORS WHO HAVE PLEDGED A TOTAL OF $192 TOWARDS THIS NEED LEAVING A BALANCE OF $100. IF YOU CAN HELP YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY RIVER'S EDGE PHYSICAL THERAPY DIRECTLY.

Neighbor in Need - Disabled couple, living in a very small assisted living apartment are in need of 2 used recliners/chairs. There is not enough room for a couch so they are hoping for a couple of chairs.
