Neighbor in Need - Caring Woman who hates to ask for help, but needs help with paying for repairs to her washing machine and dryer. Affordable Appliance Repair went to her home and the washer requires a new clutch and the dryer needs a new timer. The parts and installation have been discounted deeply but our Neighbor in Need simply cannot afford the costs. The total amount needed is $186.90. Neighbor in Need - Single Mom with two children was unemployed for many months but now is working - is in need of a used/working electric stove/oven. Their current stove/oven is over 20 years and cannot be repaired. She cannot afford to purchase a stove/oven due to the length of her former unemployment. Thank You

Neighbor in Need - Cascade County Aging services has a program that lends out durable medical equipment to seniors and disabled people at no cost. Currently we are in immediate need of walkers with seats and wheelchairs. Neighbor in Need - 12/6 UPDATE: Single mom and current veteran with 3 children is in need of financial assistance in purchasing a fuel pump that goes in her gas tank for her 98 Chevy Blazer 4WD. A caring donor helped with the purchase of the fuel pump. NEW UPDATE: SHE RECEIVED THE PART AND IT WAS INSTALLED BUT THE PROBLEM REMAINS. We had it towed to Carnahan's and a new problem has been found. Carnahan's can replace the broken parts and make the repairs for a discounted price of $318.83 and the mom can afford $50. 12/6 UPDATE: WE HAVE ONE DONOR WHO HAS PLEDGED $100 Therefore she is now in need of $168.83. Neighbor in Need - Family of Four on a limited and low income - are in great need to get their only car repaired. The brakes are 90% shot and they are rubbing metal on metal. Carnahan's can replace their brakes, roters and service the car for a discounted price of $181 and the family is able to pay $50 towards the repair leaving a balance needed of $131. Neighbor in Need - Family living in ND was displaced due to their rent being tripled without notice - moved to Great Falls and found a place to live. Husband is looking for work, but their 10 year old car broke down. It is a battery/charging issue. Carnahan's can make the repairs, provide a new battery and service the car for a discounted price of $223.09. The car was towed to Carnahan's and it is sitting there waiting for a caring donor to help this family. The family can pay the $45 tow charge but they need help with the repair cost. Neighbor in Need - Caring Lady has been without her washer and dryer for over a year. Both are broken and due to her fixed, low income she has not been able to get them repaired. She has been helped by friends but it is getting to difficult to rely on them to use their washer/dryer. Affordable Appliance Repair paid a visit to her home and determined that both could be repaired for a total discounted price of $126. Neighbor in Need/Family in Need - NEW UPDATE SEE BELOW: My family and I have applied for the LIEAP (Low Income Energy Assitance Program) but it can take up to six weeks to get approved. In the meantime I received a termination notice from Northwestern Energy. My Neighbor in Need spoke with NWE and confirmed that if the family can pay just the minimum due by December 6th, NWE will extend the bill to allow them time to get on the energy program. Both parents are employed but earn low income wages. The family was able to pay $175 on the bill earlier this week, but they are in need of the help with the balance of $150.59. NWE gave them until December 6th to have the balance into their office. NEW UPDATE: WE HAVE ONE DONOR PLEDGING $35. THEREFORE THE BALANCE NEEDED IS $115.59. Neighbor in Need - Single Mom with three children endured a fire in the apartment next door and the fire caused smoke damaged. The apartment complex has refused to offer any kind of help. Because of teh heavy smoke the family lost a lot of needed items. Therefore they had to use what savings they had to try and survive. Neighbor in Need - Elderly Gentleman living on a very low fixed income - is in need of a used/working fridge for his studio apartment. His fridge is a box size fridge and he cannot keep enough in it to make his food last. The replacement fridge would need to be slightly smaller than the standard size 18+ cubic feet model. Probably around a 16 or smaller cubic model.

Affordable Appliance Repair confirmed that her very old gas stove/oven broke and cannot be repaired and so she is unable to cook her meals.
