Neighbor in Need - Unemployed Army Veteran and Single Mother of two young children - just moved to Great Falls with very little. She found housing and received some furniture but she is in need of a used/working washer and dryer. Because of her unemployment and financial status she is unable to afford these items and is having to hand wash their cloths in the sink. Thank you.

Neighbor in Need - Couple in Need - Hardworking Husband works full-time but in the low income restaurant industry. They are expecting a baby soon and with all of the costs they are struggling. They are in need of a $40 Gas Card so he can continue to get to work. He gets paid on Tuesday so $40 in gas will be enough. IF YOU CAN HELP YOU WILL BE ASKED TO BUY A $40 GAS CARD FROM MOUNTAIN VIEW CO-OP LOCATED ON SMELTER AVE ACROSS FROM THE REFINERY. Thank you very much.

Neighbor in Need - NEW UPDATE - SEE BELOW: I work with low income Senior and Elderly folks who are moving into nursing and/or assisted living facilities. I have a gentle senior lady - on a very low fixed income and she is in need of a used/clean or new Twin Bed System (mattress, box spring & frame) some bed linens and a pillow and a used/working small size dorm-size fridge that will fit into her one-room apartment. She has no one to turn to and no money to get these items. NEW UPDATE - We have received a pledge from a kind donor for the $100 for the bed and we already have a pledge from a caring donor for the bed linens and pillows. Therefore we are just seeking help with the fridge. Conlin's Furniture is providing her with a new, complete bed system (Twin Mattress, Box Springs and Frame) for a deeply discounted price of $190 and My Neighbor in Need will donate $90 from the Trust Savings Account towards the purchase and a donor is paying the $100.

Neighbor in Need - Very Frail Gentleman is in need of a new twin bed system - mattress and box springs. He has just had hip surgery and was at home and he fell so he is back in the hospital - but when he returns home - we want to help him by having the new bed waiting for him. His current bed is old and broken in the middle which causes pain. Conlin's Furniture can provide him with a new complete Twin bed system for a discounted price of $190. Neighbor in Need - My wife and I have two children and we just moved into a place and don't have the money to purchase a used washer and dryer so I am asking for help getting a used/working washer and dryer so that I can provide clean clothes for my family. Neighbor in Need - Nice Lady who only makes $148/per week and is going to be having surgery in a few days. She has a 15 year old car that does not run and she will need it more than ever once she gets home from surgery. Carnahan's Auto Repair can replace the battery, spark plugs/wires and install everything for a discounted price of $286.64 AND that includes the tow charge. The lady can scrape together $100 of the total leaving a balance of $186.64 that she needs help with. IF YOU CAN HELP HER - YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY CARNAHAN'S Directly.

Neighbor in Need - UPDATE - SEE BELOW: Couple in Need - Moved to GF a few years ago. Husband works very hard but due to a medical issue has lost over 1/3 of his take home pay. The wife has disabilities and receives less than $300 per month. They are between the husband's paychecks and they have run out of food. My Neighbor in Need informed them about Opportunities Incorporated and Salvation Army Family Services, and they will call them to see what paperwork that they need to bring with them to their appointment, BUT in the meantime, they have NO food. MY Neighbor in Need went there and these folks could not wait for agency help, so My Neighbor in Need went to the store and purchased $113 in groceries and delivered it all to them. Therefore, we are seeking donations to reimburse the Trust Savings Account so we can offer immediate help to someone else. UPDATE - WE HAVE RECEIVED A $50 PLEDGE FROM A CARING DONOR - SO WE ARE ONLY IN NEED OF $63. Any donation is wonderful. Thank you.

Neighbor in Need - Caring Neighbor - is in need of a used/clean couch. Her couch was simply too old and broken in several places and not safe to sit on. Thanks to our generous supporters the Give What You Can Community Thrift Store is providing her with a couch for free!

Neighbor in Need - Unemployed lady has finally found a job that fits her needs and is something that we (her job coaches) all feel is a good match for her. Unfortunately, the job starts before the buses begin running at 6am. The situation is that she has a car, but the ABS/master cylinder is not working right and thus places her in a dangerous position while driving it. She is in need of getting the car repaired but cannot afford it. Thank you.

Neighbor in Need - Caring Group of people have taken it upon themselves to try and help low income seniors and young, low income mothers by delivering items that each might need but have a difficult time affording. This group pools what little extra money each has and buys diapers, wipes, powder, laundry soap and other toiletries and gives it to those in need. But the need continues to grow and these folks simply cannot buy more and more each week. Here is where you can help... If you are able, please purchase diapers in sizes 1 & 2, wipes, large discount brands of laundry soap and/or other toiletries and delivery them to the "GIVE WHAT YOU CAN" Community Thrift Store - located in the basement of Roger's Jewelers located on 3rd St NW next to Wal-Greens. We will get all donated items to the group so they can get it to those in need. Thank you!

Neighbor in Need - Family in Need - Injured Husband is unable to work and is waiting for his worker's compensation to begin, Wife works part-time but after rent, food and prescriptions there is no money left for fuel.
