Neighbor in Need - Disabled Elderly lady with no money and struggling - is in desperate need of help with two tires for her van. The size needed is 215-75-15 and we could not find these in used tires. However Ken at Superior Tire is able to provide her with new tires at a discounted price of $90 each or $180 for the needed pair. If you want to you can pledge any amount towards helping her. Neighbor in Need - I along with all of the staff suddenly got laid off. The good news is I was able to get a new job pretty fast but I dont get my first paycheck for another 10 days. We've managed to stretch what money we had but are almost out of gas and we have two kids and we need to be able to get them to school, daycare and to my new job. I am in need of help with some gas. IF YOU CAN HELP YOU WILL BE ASKED TO BUY A $30 GAS CARD FROM MOUNTAIN VIEW COOP LOCATED ON SMELTER AVE NEXT TO THE REFINERY. Thank you very much.

Neighbor in need - Single mom in need of a dryer. There dryer that they did have recently went out on them,and since it was summer time it wasn't a big deal cause She would dry Their clothes outside.but now that the weather is getting colder, She has no way to dry clothes for her family. Her family consists of 3 adults and 2 children. any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Neighbor in Need - I am having back surgery on October 1st. The bed I have is in terrible condition, as the box spring is broken, and provides no support. I am in need of a new queen size mattress & boxspring that will support my back & help with healing, during my recovery. Thank you.

Neighbor in Need - SEPT 18 UPDATE - SEE BELOW: I am a Homeless vet but the VA is currently working to assist me with housing and I hope to be in my own apartment very soon. I do not have transportation and must walk everywhere. This is fine, but I frequently wear shoes out. I currently have but one pair but there are holes that go completely through the soul. What I need is a pair of boots suitable for long-term walking in a size 13 regular. I have made frequent visits to the Salvation Army, St Vincent De Paul, GF Rescue Mission and the Emile Center but no luck finding my size. UPDATE: My Neighbor in Need took this veteran shopping and purchased two new pairs boots and heavy socks for him with funds from the Trust Savings Account. We spent $91.63 at Wal-Mart. We are hoping that someone would like to help us by reimbursing the Trust Savings Account $91.63 so we have it available to help a future Neighbor in Need . SEPT 18 UPDATE: WE RECEIVED A PLEDGE FROM A KIND DONOR FOR $50. THEREFORE ALL WE ARE IN NEED OF IS $41.63 AND THIS NEED WILL BE FULFILLED.
