Well due to unfortunate circumstances we have had to spend every dime we have reshingling our roof, and we live in a very old house that will take a lot to repair over the years but in the meantime we are trying to do the most important things first especially weatherize. I'm looking for anyone with building materieals of any kind. I've looked everywhere I can for help with any aspect of repairing an old home on a very low budget. any donations would be greatly appreciated by myself and my husband and our four children. I do work full time and my husband is a student in college and we are just starting out but our home is in need of some maintenance:( Items Needed: the one thing we don't have is an oven. we have an electrical stove but the oven has never worked

Neighbor in Need - Hard working, single mother is currently driving on her spare tire because two of her tire are bald. She is in need of two new tires size 215-65-15. Superior Tire is able to provide her with two new tires for a discounted price of $90 per tire. Any help would be a wonderful blessing. My Neighbor in Need - My young son has type 1 diabetes. My husband works for the federal government. We live paycheck to paycheck and now he is not getting paid! We need test strips for our son, for his accucheck nano meter. We have enough for a couple days. We have explored every other option and none is available since my husband technically has a job - just not a paycheck. Out health insurance does cover half of the cost, but it is still a lot when you have no money coming in. Our share in the cost for the strips is $60. That will provide us with enough for about two weeks and hopefully the shutdown will be over with. Because this is deemed an immediate, medical need request - My Neighbor in Need will use $60 from the Trust Savings Account and purchase the strips for this family. IF YOU CAN HELP YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY $60 TO MY NEIGHBOR IN NEED SO WE CAN REIMBURSE THE TRUST SAVINGS ACCOUNT SO WE WILL HAVE THE MONEY IN ACCOUNT WHEN ANOTHER CALL FOR IMMEDIATE HELP COMES IN. Randy is in need of an apartment size (28" wide maximum) stackable washer/dryer for his accessible home. Randy requires 24 hour assistance and they have no means to get to/from laundromat in addition to having to pay for each load. Items Needed: Stackable apartment size washer dryer (maximum width 28")

Neighbor in Need - Single mom and baby just moved back home from another state - are in need of some used furniture such as a couch, small kitchen table/two chairs, and a full or Queen Size bed system (mattress, box spring and frame)for their apartment. My Neighbor in Need - Disability man with very limited mobility who has a hard time getting around is in need of a used/working dryer. Has a washer but no dryer and has to take clothes to laundromat which is really hard for him. He was referred to My Neighbor in Need by the caring folks at Salvation Army.

: I am having back surgery on October 1st. The bed I have is in terrible condition, as the box spring is broken, and provides no support. I am in need of a new queen size mattress & boxspring that will support my back & help with healing, during my recovery.

Neighbor in Need - UPDATE SEE BELOW: Family in Need: Just arrived to Great Falls from a small Montana town because they have an autistic son and they need to be closer to services for him. They have found a place to live but have very little furniture. The Father is working and Mom is looking for work. They are in need of some used furniture such as a couch, bunk beds with two mattress, a queen bed system (mattress and box spring) bedding for the beds, dishes, cookware and silver ware. MY NEIGHBOR IN NEED CAN PROVIDE THE COUCH AND THE DISHES FROM OUR GIVE WHAT YOU CAN COMMUNITY THRIFT STORE - but they are need of the remaining items. UPDATE: WE HAVE RECEIVED A DONATION PLEDGE FOR THE BUNK-BEDS AND THE QUEEN BED! THEREFORE ALL WE NEED IS SOME COOKWARE, SILVERWARE AND BEDDING. Thank you.

Neighbor in need...just moved here 3 weeks ago and will be moving into an apartment on the 11th. Was left with nothing but my clothing and two children's clothing and their bunk beds. Need dressers, a bed for myself, couches, dishes, anything kitchen (bowls, Tupperware,etc), and table. Items Needed: Table, couch, bed, kitchen stuff, dressers
