Neighbor in Need - Disabled elderly woman with back pain and safe transfer issues. She is in need of new, firm-rated, twin mattress. She has the rest of the bed and the box spring remains in great shape but she needs the mattress really bad. Neighbor in Need - Hardworking Man living in an older trailer - is in need of help getting his natural gas stove/oven repaired. Although he works - it is for very low wages and he just cannot the cost to have a repair man look at the stove. The great news is that our repairman was able to look at it and it needed a couple of parts. We were able to repair it for a discounted price of $110 parts and labor.
