Neighbor in Need - Middle-aged gentleman who is looking for work is in need of some extra help with his electric bill. He has had the worst luck for over several months and now is at rock bottom and needs our help just to keep the lights on. He was able to receive help with part of the bill but he had a balance of $99.60. Since this was an immediate situation My Neighbor in Need paid the $99.60 over the phone. We are asking for help to repay the $99.60 so we can have that ready for the next emergency need. Neighbor In Need - Lady with four children, ages 1,3,5 and 8 is in need of 1 full bed and 2 twin beds for the family to sleep on. Currently they are sleeping on the floor. Neighbor In Need - UPDATE: SEE BELOW. Man who is on a medical leave of absence from work is in need of car repairs, as it is his only means of transportation. Our friends at Carnahan's can make the necessary repairs for $228.00. The Neighbor in Need is able to contribute $100.00 toward the repairs AND UPDATE WE HAVE A CARING DONOR THAT CONTRIBUTED $60 FOR THIS NEED, leaving a balance of $68.00. If you are able to assist with this need, you will be asked to write a check directly to Carnahan's Auto. You do not have to be able to help with the full balance, just let us know how much you are able to contribute. Thank you and God Bless!

Neighbor in need - Couple living on a low income are in need of assistance with their power bill. She has been diagnosed with cancer and her hours have been cut down due to many Dr. appointments. My Neighbor in Need verified their account and payment history. Up until she was diagnosed they had good payment history, but because of illness and reduced income they fell behind. The total amount owed is $534.46 however they were able to come up $260 but they need our help with the balance of $274.46.
