My Neighbor in Need - Older lady with medical issues, needs to go to the Medical Center in Spokane on April 26th. She has transportation to and from Spokane, however, she is in need of 2 nights lodging and some assistance with meals during her stay. My Neighbor in Need has arranged lodging right across the street from the medical center for a cost of $65 + tax per night of which $39 will likely be reimbursed. In addition, there is a Subway right next door, so we are looking for $40 in Subway Coupons. That leaves a cost of $100 If you are able to help, you can make any donation to My Neihgbor in Need. Neighbor in Need - Immediate Need: 4/17 UPDATE: SEE BELOW - A disabled woman who has suffered through a major medical procedure, now has to go to Seattle for additional surgery on her spine. My Neighbor in Need has verified all of the details of this crucial trip with her doctors. Because of her condition she cannot drive, therefore she received a complimentary ticket through Mercy Medical Angels – thank you! However, she does not have the resources to pay for a motel for the two nights prior to her surgery and the four nights of required lodging after she is released. My Neighbor in Need is able to provide her with a deeply discounted rate of $55 per night ($330 for the entire stay). We are asking for donations of any amount to help this lady get the surgery she needs so badly. You are not required to provide all of the needed amount. 4/17 UPDATE: WE HAVE RECEIVED A DONATION FOR ONE OF THE NEEDED NIGHTS, AND A SECOND DONATION OF $40 AND ANOTHER $100 - THANK YOU ALL! MY NEIGHBOR IN NEED IS DONATING $80 TOWARDS THIS - THEREFORE ALL WE NEED NOW IS $55 AND SHE CAN TRAVEL AND GET THE SURGERY. Any amount will be a blessing. My Neighbor in Need - Senior lady with medical issues is in need of a new 4 wheel walker with a seat and back rest. She currently has a walker that is over 7 years old and is no longer stable.
