Neighbor in need- Hardworking man, living at the mission, lost his wallet with all identification a couple of weeks ago. He needs to get a certified copy of his Birth Certificate to be able to replace his identification. The cost for a copy of his Birth Certificate is $8.00. My Neighbor in Need paid the $8.00 to send in with the application to the Clerk & Recorder's office, so we are looking for reimbursement of $8.00.
