Neighbor in need- Man confined to a wheelchair is in need of a ramp for the entrance to his home. Because we already have the necessary materials for this ramp, the cost will only be $400 for the installation. Our partners are able to cover $266.67 of this cost, so we are looking for a donation of just $133.33 to help this gentleman with the cost of installing the ramp. This ramp will give this man the opportunity to leave and return to his home without assistance. PLEASE CLICK ON THE FULFILL THIS NEED REQUEST and let us know how you can assist. My Neighbor in Need - Elderly Veteran who is legally blind is in need of a place to stay for 1 night. He has a spot with a Veterans Transitional Housing facility after that. Because it is Veterans Day most services are unavailable, so My Neighbor in Need with the help of our friends at the Midtown Motel are able to provide him with a 1 night stay including dinner and breakfast. If you are able to assist, My Neighbor in Need is looking for reimbursement of $60.66 so that we can assist the next emergency need.
