My Neighbor in Need - UPDATE SEE BELOW - We received a referral from a caseworker for a disabled neighbor who needs a Twin Mattress. Her current doctor has informed us that due to her disability she cannot sleep on a regular mattress and needs one that will alleviate her specific type of pain. She is on a very low fixed income and cannot afford to purchase the mattress on her own. A local vendor will provide her specific twin mattress for the discounted price of $399.00. UPDATE: WE NOW HAVE A DONOR WHO HAS CONTRIBUTED $100 TOWARDS THIS NEED. NOW WE ONLY NEED $299 AND HER NEED CAN BE FULFILLED.
